FAQ
Splatball is basically a lower powered version of Paintball. Paintball guns use gas/air to fire rounds while Splatball guns use a spring powered mechanism to fire rounds. Another big difference is the size of the paintball used, the rounds used for Splatball are roughly 1/3 the size of a Paintball round.
We have toilet facilities onsite to change before and after the event. For after-game activities, we recommend Alan Croxford Reserve which is a 15 min walk or 2 min drive from the paintball fields. There are picnic tables and BBQ facilities available at the park.
You will need to arrive 15 minutes before your booking time to start the sign in process.
The minimum amount of players is 8 people for Paintball and 10 people for Splatball. The maximum amount of players for Paintball is 50 people and the maximum for Splatball is 24 people. If you have less than 8 (Paintball), we can fit you in with another group, but the time/dates will be limited to only sessions that have a booking and may require rescheduling if the group reschedules.
If you are participating in a Paintball session, you will need to bring a proof of ID. You will need to wear enclosed footwear (sneakers or boots) and comfortable clothing, it’s recommended to wear gym clothes or shorts and a tshirt. If you already have protective gloves or a cricket box, they can be used on the day of the event as well.
Yes, adults are welcome to also purchase rounds to join in with any Splatball sessions.
All players must have a 0.00 blood alcohol level to operate the paintball gun and not be under the influence of any drugs as we operate under the firearms act.
It’s $20 for 100 paintballs (1 Pod) or $80 for 500 paintballs ($10 off if added to your online booking when booking).
The Paintball sessions are not weather dependent but the Splatball sessions are. If its a light sprinkle, we will go ahead with the day but anything more and we will contact you to postpone.
By law in Victoria, only those aged 16+ can participate in Paintball and Splatball can be played by any age (We do recommend 8+ though).
If you have any health requirements, it’s best you speak to your doctor before attending a session.
We recommend Mountain Rivers Tourist Park for any lodging requirements.
The fields are located 25-30 minutes from Moe and about 35 minutes from Traralgon.
Yes, our vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
Yes, we have eftpos and limited cash facilities available on the day of the event.
